Overview

Warranty: We Guarantee Your Correct Order Contents

We warrant correct genus and species as well as correct counts for all plant orders. If there is an error, we will correct the order either by refund or replacement. If plants resemble one another, for example grasses, we will separate species, to help prevent confusion on the receiving end. 

No Warranty: UPS Shipping Losses (*UPS will not warranty live perishable plants)

We ship out all orders during the early part of the work week, so plants do not get held-over during transit through weekends or over major holidays. As a result, we rarely see orders damaged, or plants lost during shipping.  UPS will not guarantee perishable plants. Aquatic Plants of Florida warrants live plants are in good health, vigor, disease and pest free, at the time plants leave our Myakka City farm facility, either by customer pick-up or UPS delivery. After pick-up or delivery, we no longer exercise possession or other control over live plant material.

We cannot warranty plant survival – after plants leave our Myakka City facility. As such, if plants are damaged during transit from our farm to the address of delivery, an unlikely occurrence from our past experience, from events such as delays or receiving issues, NO warranty exists, implied or express. 

Causality plants would need to be reordered at the customer’s expense, if replacement is desired, due to losses during shipping. If you have concerns about using third party shipping services (UPS), we suggest placing a small stocking order to evaluate plant survivability to your physical address. Seasonality may also be a factor in your shipping success. Thank you for your understanding of our shipping policy regarding plant losses during third party shipping and transit. 

Terms of Sale:

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Availability based on first come, first served basis. A 30% deposit is required to hold plants over two weeks.

A placement of an order with Aquatic Plants of Florida, either verbally or by written purchase order, constitutes buyer’s acceptance of, and agreement with all terms and conditions stated herein.

    1. Terms of Payment – Online Sales: Major Credit Card. Phone Sales: We Accept Cash, Check or Money Order or Credit Card must accompany ALL orders placed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders shipped at customer request will be shipped via UPS – CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY INVOICE (DISPLAYED ON INVOICE) SHIPPING CHARGES

The prices calculated online and listed on invoices are flat rate FOB our farm in Myakka City, Florida.

Minimum order is one (1) standard box for online wholesale pricing.

Exchanges

We only replace items if there is an error in nomenclature (genus species) or plant physical count. If you need to exchange, refund or request missing plants, contact us upon receiving your order at (941) 378-2700 during business hours or send us an email at admin@apofl.com.

Shipping returns

To exchange or return your incorrect (genus, species, plant count) product/order, you should mail your product to: Aquatic Plants of Florida, Inc. 8305 Wauchula Road, Myakka City, Florida 34251. Please call or email for a return shipping label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Usually, 1-3 business days.
